Item 1 Upgrading project of a sewage treatment plant in an industrial park
The industrial park is dominated by calcium carbonate stone enterprises, and the production wastewater contains a large number of powder particles and high salinity. The designed treatment scale of the project is 20,000 tons/day. Previously, the sewage treatment process of "AO+diatomite+UV" was adopted. Failed to meet the discharge standards, the "hydraulic clarification tank + AO + ceramic membrane MBR" process is now used, and the effluent meets the national "Urban Wastewater Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharge Standard" (GB18918-2002) stipulated in the Class A standard.

Mainly collect and treat domestic sewage in towns. The project adopts the core technology "AO process + ceramic membrane MBR" sewage treatment technology, with a designed treatment scale of 1,000 tons per day, and the effluent water quality index meets the "Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharge Standard" (GB18918-2002) Class A standard.

Item 4 High-salt wastewater treatment plant in a chemical park
The sewage treatment plant mainly treats the production wastewater discharged by the chemical companies that produce epoxy resin, polyester resin, and TGIC water-based ink in the park. The wastewater has the characteristics of high COD and high salinity. The designed processing scale of the project is 5000 tons/day, adopting the process of "regulation + hydrolysis acidification + biochemistry + ceramic flat membrane MBR + flocculation sedimentation", and the effluent reaches the national "Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharge Standard" (GB18918-2002) stipulated in Class A standard.

Item 5 Coal mine water treatment in a certain area
The project is designed to process 2000 tons/day and adopts the process route of "flocculation sedimentation + inclined plate sedimentation + ceramic membrane filtration". This process has a significant effect in removing particulate matter, and the turbidity reaches the standard to meet the effluent standard and realize the recycling of high-quality treated water. After long-term stable operation of membrane filtration equipment, the flux is stable at 150LMH-200LMH.
