Properties of ceramic membrane

Ceramic film is a kind of solid-state film. It was first developed and introduced into the market by Japanese printing company and Dongyang ink company in 1996. Ceramic films are mainly porous films made of Al2O3, ZrO2, TiO2 and SiO2, and their pore size is 2-50 mm. It has the characteristics of good chemical stability, acid resistance, alkali resistance and organic solvent resistance; high mechanical strength, reverse flushing; strong resistance to microorganisms; high temperature resistance; narrow pore size distribution and high separation efficiency. It has been widely used in food industry, bioengineering, environmental engineering, chemical industry, petrochemical industry, metallurgy industry and other fields. Its market sales volume increases by 35% every year.
