Development trend of ceramic membrane

The future development trend of ceramic film will focus on the following five aspects:

1. further improve the separation accuracy and stability of ceramic membrane materials, make it realize continuous and efficient operation of nanofiltration level in the field of liquid separation, and realize the high efficiency separation of multi-component gases in the field of gas separation;

2. the high temperature resistant ceramic separation membrane material with large pore size and high porosity is developed to realize the long-term stable operation of high temperature gas-solid separation process in the fields of high-efficiency utilization of resources and environmental protection;

3. to realize the regulation of the surface properties of ceramic films, and expand the application fields of ceramic films by changing their hydrophobicity, charge and biocompatibility;

4. realize the low cost production of ceramic film, and combine the design and preparation method of application oriented membrane materials to solve the bottleneck problem of ceramic film popularization and application;

5. develop membrane materials with strict system such as strong acid and alkali resistance, improve the stability of membrane material separation performance and expand its application scope in process industry.
